The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute
such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf
of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to
affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for sale purposes 4s the "Guest Street Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1988, No. 2348".
