The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted property: rs

Westminster District;
Lot 32, Biock 2, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2423, New

Westminster District;
Lot 33, Block 2, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2423, New

Westminster District.

These properties are located on the North side of the 1800 Block Fraser
Avenue just east of Oxford Street,

Each lot is approximately 10m (33 ft.) x 37m (121.7 ft.) in size.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the

outside "Tender tor Fraser Avenue Property" and addressed to:

City Clerk,

City of Port Coquitlam,

2272 McAllister Avenue,

Port Coquitlam, B.C.
and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, January 30th, 1986.
Any tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all
tenders inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not
being adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale:
i. A certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the amount offered must

accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open tor
acceptance by the Councl! for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being
accepted by the Counci! the balance of the offered price must be paid
by the successful tenderer within 10 days or as soon thereafter as
requested or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers wil! be returned no
later than 45 days after the closing time specified above.

No real estate commission of any kind whatsoever will be paid by the
City.

Prospective tenderers should inquire of the building and servicing
arrangements and costs. This tnformation can be provided by the City's
Engineering Departinent.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the City
reserves the right to walve minor deficiencies in a bonafide tender

received by the closing time.

7. The lowest price that will be accepted for each lot is $25,000.00,
