Whereas the Permittee wishes to commence a development on the Lands
herein defined;

And Whereas the Permittee has made application for a Development
Permit In regard to the Lands;

And Whereas the Municipal Act, R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290 provides that
in a Development Permit certaln matters may be varted or supplemented
in the manner specified therein;
