off-street Parking for an area within the City which includes the
said lands and upon which a special rate or tax is levied for such
purpose, the monthly rental Payments by the Applicant to the
‘Corporat ion for the use of the Parking spaces as aforesaid. shall
cease to be payable.

5. The Applicant covenants and agrees that the area shown
cross-hatched in black -on the attached City dwg. no. 209-223(A) dated
May 26th, 1983, and being a portion of ALL’ AND SINGULAR that certain
parcel or tract of land and Premises situate, lying and being in in
the City of Port Coquitiam, in the Province of British Columbia, and

being known and described as:

‘Lot 129, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 65842,
New Westminster District
shall be used to park motor vehicles while loading or unloading and
for. no other purpose. |
“This restrictive covenant is granted by the Applicant - to the
Corporation pursuant to Section 215 of the Land Titte Act of the

Province of Bri tish Columbia and shall run with the Appti icantts land

hereinbefore described.
