(hereinafter called the “Grantor*)

OF THE FIRST PART

GREATER VANCOUVER SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE
DISTRICT, a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the laws of the Province of British
Columbia and having an office at 2294 West
10th Avenue, in the City of Vancouver, in the
Province of British Columbia

(hereinafter calleg the *Grantee")
OF THE SECOND PART

WHEREAS the Grantor is the registereg Owner of those certain

parcels of land hereinafter more particularly described and set out in

the Schedule annexeg hereto (hereinafter collectively called the
"lands");

AND WHEREAS the Grantee intends to construct or has

constructed a trunk sewer line through, under and across those

Portions of the lands shown outlined in reg on the right-of-way Plan

Geposited in the new Westminster Land Registry Office under Number

49571 and it is Recessary for the operation and maintenance of the

Grantee's undertaking to obtain from the Grantor a statutory

right-of-way for such trunk sewer line through, under and across the
lands;

AND WHEREAS the Grantor has agreeé to grant to the Grantee

the right-of-way through, under and across the lands for the aforesaid

Purposes and in the manner hereinafter more Particularly expressed;

NOW THIS IMDENTURE WITNESSETH that in pursuance of the said

agreement and in consideration of the sum of Ome Dollar ($1.06) of

lawful money ni Canada, now paid by the Grantee to the Grantor [the

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged) and in consideration of the
Gutual covenants, Promises and agreements hereinafter contained, the

Grantor does hereby grant unto the Grantee its successors and assigns
