$8,654.03, and $93,884.22, respectively, be approved.

That The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam do not proceed
with printing the Tax Notices as requested by Order~-in-Council #80/80
until further information on the rationale of the Order is obtained;

AND THAT the Unton of British Columbia Municipalities be asked to
act on behalf of all municipalities in this regard.

Prior to the passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger
gave an explanation of the memorandum und discussion ensued.
Alderman Ranger asked that copies of the memorandum be sent to the

members of the Lower Mainland Munfedipal Assoclation.

of the discussions held on rezoning application, R#23/79, to rezone
property addressed as 2532 Kingsway Avenue, from RS-2 to Mel,

That rezoning application, R#23/79, for preperty addressed as 2532
Kingsway Avenue be referred back to the Planning and Zoning Committuc
for further study and report back to Couned) in two weeks.

Aldermen Ranger and Mabbett voted against the resolution,

Prior to the passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger

gave some background on the rezoning application and explained the M-L

zoning. Alderman Wright stated in his opinion the application should be

approved to make the building conform with the zoning.
