Aldermen Ranger and Mabbett voted against the resolution, Prior to the passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Ranger gave some background on the rezoning application and explained the M-L zoning. Alderman Wright stated in his opinion the application should be approved to make the building conform with the zoning.
