Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Mr. Brooks spoke to Council on the proposed holding bar and advised they would be cancelling the Cabaret licence in favour of the dining room and holding bar. Mayor Campbell suggested that after operating for two months The Crockpot Restaurant should again apply to Council. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That as requested by the Seaforth Army Cadets, March 23rd, 1978 permission be granted to hold a Tag Day on Saturday, April 15th, 1978; AND THAT the Seaforth Army Cadets be granted permission to set up displays and demonstrations behind the Dalkey Building.
