Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Mr. Brooks spoke to
Council on the proposed holding bar and advised they would be cancelling
the Cabaret licence in favour of the dining room and holding bar. Mayor
Campbell suggested that after operating for two months The Crockpot
Restaurant should again apply to Council.

From the Seaforth Army Cadets (2893), Ma:ch 23rd, 1978 asking
permission to have a Tag Day on Saturday, April 15th, 1978 and set up
displays and demonstrations behind the Dalkey Building.

That as requested by the Seaforth Army Cadets, March 23rd, 1978
permission be granted to hold a Tag Day on Saturday, April 15th, 1978;

AND THAT the Seaforth Army Cadets be granted permission to set up
displays and demonstrations behind the Dalkey Building.

From the Environmental Protection Committee, March 30th, 1978
recommending that Council pass a resolution waiving the Department of
Transport Air Regulations to permit aerial spray for mosquito control as
requested by the Vector Control Officer and Beak Consultants.
