A By-law to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
to dispose of 4 portion of Taylor Street shown dedicated on Plan 2099, District
Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District in exchange for sufficient land to
relocate the said road.

WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlaz is desirous
of cancelling 4 portion of Taylor Street dedicated on Plan 2099, District Lot
255, Group One, New Westminster District in the City of Port Coquitlam, in the
Province of British Columbia; :

AND WHEREAS ‘the Registered Owner of the land described in Section 2
of this By-law has agreed to convey the said land to the City in exchange for
the lande comprising the portion of Taylor Street to be cancelled:

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 255 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, provides that the Council may by By-law
dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange: for such lands as may be
necessary for the Purpose of improving, widening, straightening, relocating
or diverting the highway;

ZHEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port. Coquitlam, in open meeting asseubled, enacts as follows:

1, ‘ The City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to the
Registered Owmer of the land described in Section 2 of this By-law ALL AND
SINGULAR thet certain parcel or tract of land and premises which may be more
particularly described as follows:

All that portion of Taylor Street in District Lot 255, Group

One, New Westminster District as shown dedicated on registered

plan 2099, included within the green outline on a by-law plan

sworn by Walter E, Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day of

Novewber, 1976, 28 copy of which is attached

2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquit..am is hereby authorized
to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those
certain parcels or tracts of dand and premises which may be more particularly

described as follows:
