In- eluded was an assessment of land features, OrGwth prospects, and implimentation problems as a basis for a workable plan for channelling growth into eppropriate areas. Downtown Transit Scenaries, This project developed five alternate development coaligurations for Greater Vancouver as a regional basis for downtown transit Gtudies. Twelva possible alternatives were devised assuming downtown vs dispersed cgrowsh, freeways vs traasit, aad three regional growth patterns, These were narroied to five workable Schenes complete with descriptions of policy and coastruction requirements.
