That the City dedicate the portion of road allowance shown marked on the
report submitted to Council, in order to allow the developer to extend Dixon
Road to the south end of his property at his own cost.

From the City Engineer, October 22nd, 1987 regarcing Sewer Cost Sharing in
Development Cost Charge Area 3 ~ Public Works Committee October Z0th, 1987.

That the City contribute $7,335 out of unallocated funds in the Sewer
Utility Capital Budget towards the costs of installing a portion of the
Development Cost Charge Program for Sewer Area 3.

From the City Engineer, October 22nd, 1987 regarding Purchase of 2384 Mary

Hill Road. er

Moved by Aiderman Gates:

Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

THAT Lot 2, Block C, District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 1954, New Westminster
District, more commonly known as 2384 Mary Hill Road, be purchased of and from
the registered owner thereof at or for the price or sum of $78,000.00;

AND_THAT the adjustment date and possession date be November 30th, 1987, or
earlier;

AND THAT closing costs and various adjustments be made in the norma! manner
as between vendor and purchaser;

AND FURTHER THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the city Clerk and/or
the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents, Plans,
Cheques, or other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to
affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

Carried.
