i if i ; : p COUN( DEC 9 1985 DEC 16 1985 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2150 A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of road and lane shown dedicated on Plans 1786 and 2092 of District Lot 340, Group One, New Westminster District in the City of Port Cequitiam. WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) dt Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the “Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; ANO_ WHEREAS the Municipal Ceunci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway herelnafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as fol tows: i(a) All that portion of Road in District Lot 340, Group One, New Westminster District as shown dedicated on registered plan 1786, having an area of 0.5794 ha included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Coiumbia Surveyor and dated the 4th day of November 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto; and, All that portion of lane in District Lot 340, Group one, New Westminster District 2(b) as shown dedicated on registered plan 2092, having an area of 471.2m included within -the heavy outline on reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 4th day of November 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto; are hereby stcpped up and closed to traffic. 3.
