Division 4 — Application Fees 13. Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam requesting the amendment of a zoning bylaw of the City or an existing Land Use Contract shall be accompanied by: (a) A non-refundable fee calculated at the rate of: $30.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for the first 1,000 square meters (10,764.26 square feet) of site area included in the said application; and (ii) $8.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for the next 49,000 square meters (527,448.86 square feet) of site area included in the said application; and (iii) $4.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for all additional site area included in the said application; PROVIDED that the minimum fee shall be $300.00. (b) A fee of $1,200.00 which shall be refundable if the Council decline to advance the application to Public Hearing. Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting the amendment of an official community plan of the City shall be accompanied by: (a) A non-refundable fee of $300.00, and, (b) A fee of $1,200.00 which shall be refundable if the Council decline to advance the application to Public Hearing. . (a) Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting the issuance of a Development Permit or a Development Variance Permit or an amendment to a Development Permit or a Development Variance Permit. shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $400.00 for processing the application and a $300.00 fee for document preparation. | The $300.00 fee for document preparation shall be refunded if the application is rejected by Council and the document ‘preparation is. not required. Where the entire content of a Development Variance Permit results solely from a request by the City that the property, owner apply for a variance, no application fee shall be payable.
