A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts aa follows:

are hereby rezoned from RS~-l (Large Lot Residential) to RM=-4 (Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 1a

hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coqiitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2605".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of June, 1991.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 3rd day of June, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 24th day of June, 1991.
