It is recommended that Council approve the following:

1. A resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft Development
4/913 and

A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Development
Permit, subject to:

ae Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;
b. Submission of Landscape securities;

Cc. The applicant being advised that, under the new Building Bylaw
this building requires protection by sprinkler system; and

d. The applicant being advised that a Building Code review will be
done at the time’ of the Building Permit application.

PROJECT DESCRIPTTON :

The applicant is proposing the development of a commercial building with a
gross floor area of 3,020 square feet.

The building has a fairly standard design for a service commercial
building and complies with the guidelines for Development Permit Area VII.
The proposed exterior colours scheme and materials should contribute to make
this building reasonably attractive.
