A resolution authorizing the Planning Department to draft Development 4/913 and A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to sign the Development Permit, subject to: ae Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; b. Submission of Landscape securities; Cc. The applicant being advised that, under the new Building Bylaw this building requires protection by sprinkler system; and d. The applicant being advised that a Building Code review will be done at the time’ of the Building Permit application. PROJECT DESCRIPTTON : The applicant is proposing the development of a commercial building with a gross floor area of 3,020 square feet. The building has a fairly standard design for a service commercial building and complies with the guidelines for Development Permit Area VII. The proposed exterior colours scheme and materials should contribute to make this building reasonably attractive. The following comments were received from the departments noted: Parks and Recreation Department: Landscape design acceptable.
