THAT City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse the restrictive
covenants modification covenant governing the buffer and density for the

Weatview subdivision

COMMENTS =

This request is to correct an error during registration of the covenants.
What happened is that the Registrar of Titles registered one of the covenants
twice and the other one not at all. The modification covenant is to cancel
one registration and to register the one previously omnited.
