COMMENTS :

This application is for a development permit to develop a multi-bay
warehouse project at the corner of Coast Meridian Road and Langan. The
property is contained within the Mary Hill Industrial Development Permit area.

Exemption from Bylaw 2242 Section 13(b) is a standard waivre of
Subdivision Bylaw requirements.
