Development Variance Permit - PoCo Building Supply.

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to circulate notification to
Surrounding neighbors that PoCo Building Supply have applied for a Voluntary
Development Variance Permit.

And that City Council adopt a resolution passing a Voluntary Development
Variance Permit for Lot 24, D.L. 463, NWLD Plan 25839, relaxing the
reguirements of the Zoning Bylaw Section 905, CS~1 Commercial Zone, Sub
Section (5) Side yards, Clause (a) Flanking Streets from 3 metres to 0 metres.

calling areas.

That the City write to the B.C. Telephone Company requesting the.
extension of the free calling areas and that a copy of this letter be sent to
Gerry St. Germain, MP, Mark Rose MLA and surrounding municipalities.
