SUBJECT: Computer Purchase.

RECOMMENDATION:

That Council authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to sign contracts with WANG and
NISSL for the hardware and software for our new computer system.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

Once the Tax Sale expenditure bylaw is passed the monies will be in place for the
purchase, passage of the above resolution will authorize the Mayor and Clerk to

sign the contracts.

Copies of the contract are available through the City Clerk.
