From the City Clerk, January 14th, 1987 regarding Sale of City
Property - Northside City Land.

Moved by Alderman Keryluk:
Seconded by Alderman Laking:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Lot 2 of a Subdivision Plan of Lot 383 (as modified by the
"Ulster Street/Lincoln Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No.
2234"); S.W. 1/4 Sec. 7 and N.W. 1/4 Sec. 6; Township 40;
Plan 60681; New Westminster District; with an area of 9.512
ha (23.5 acres); be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to
Council is received.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to
publish and post the 'Real Property for Sale By Tender'
Notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Counci |
meeting;

Mayor Traboulay requested the attendance, at the G.V.R.D. Labour
Relation Seminar on February 5th and 6th, of City Administrator B.R.
Kirk, Aldermen Wright, Gates, and Keryluk.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That City Council approve the attendance of Mayor Traboulay, City
Administrator Bryan Kirk, Aldermen Wright, Gates and Keryluk at the
G.V.R.D. Labour Relation Seminar on February 5th and 6th; and that their

necessary expenses be paid.
