That the firm of Cornerstone Architects be retained to
completion of the construction of Phase I of the expansion.

That the upset fee for this service be $13,000.

That the money be *aken from the parks reserve fund.
Background § Comments:

As Council is aware, Cornerstone was retained to do the working
drawings for Phase I, II, LII of the Wilson Centre Expansion.
They are in the final stages of completing the working. drawings.
As Council is desirous of Starting the project in 1987 it is
necessary to call for tenders in early January, 1987. Therefore,
it would aake sense to retain the same architects to see the
project through to completion. It is the intent to start
construction by March lst, 1987. Attached to this report is a
breakdown of the architect's costs.
