District be purchased: from the registered owner thereof at or for the
price of $135,000.00 subject to the following conditions:

1. The City to receive free and clear title except restrictive
covenants, existing tenancies, and easements in favour of

The City to have possession of the property subject to existing
tenancies at 12:00 noon on September Ist, 1983. ©. ; ;

The City has paid a non-refundable deposit of $5,000.00 upon:
acceptance of this offer by the vendor and wilt! pay $65,000.00 on
September Ist, 1983 and $65,000.00 on January 3rd, 1984 plus
interest at the rate of 9% from September Ist, 1983,

- The City will pay the conveyancing costs. '
