held on Monday, December 8th, 1980 at 8:00 p.m. in the Hyde Creek
Centre, 1379 Laurier Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

Carried.

Alderman Traboulay remarked that the Mayor should write
to the Provincial Government and suggest that Inaugural Meetings should
be held on the first Monday in December rather than the first Monday
after the first day of that month.

CORRESPONDENCE:

From John D. Smithson, Mothers’ March Chairman, Kinsmen Club
of Port Coquitlam to hold a campaign from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on week
nights, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on week ends to conduct their door-
to~door campaign the week of January 28th to February 3rd, 1981.
