LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 61, District Lot 475, Plan 27938. BACKGROUND: This is one of those existing duplexes that were con- structed prior to 1969, Consequently, it has not received the RT-1 zoning designation when the new Zoning By-law was edopted. It has now been confirmed that this duplex in fact meets all the RT--} requirements. RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recomuends that the rezoning application be advanced to public hearing and upon completion of the rezoning, approval for strata subdivision be granted. Aa L.
