. Re; Parking South of City Halli

As a result of the difficulties in adopting a parking layout south
of the City Hall, the Committee recommends the following furcher changes to
the proposed parking layout in an effort to finalize the matter.

changed to reserved parking at. the regular monthly rate. The easterly two
