CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES The Minutes of the Environmental Protection Cotnmittee Meeting held Wednesday September 25, 1991 be considered, read, and adopted. S'IL DEPOSIT B5fLtttW ITEM II. Committee reviewed the draft bylaw as prepared by Grant Anderson. As a result of the discussions Conurdttee ask that a draft report be written for their review and included the following four recommendations: a) b) c) That schedule A of the draft bylaw be adopted as the limits for the definition ot contaminated soil. These limits are the same as used for the PaciEc Place standards as issued by the Mnisny of Environment. That a permit fee of $ 0.10 per cubic metre be charged for all materials deposited on lands greater than 50 cubic metres with no maximum amount per lot or acreage. That all materials deposited in Port Coquitlam under the jurisdiction of this bylaw and originating from places outside of Port Coquitlam automatically be required to furnish proof that they are not contaminated as outlined in the schedule A limits.
