The Bon Voyage Restaurant has been opened for only. a month and is ane of the busiest restaurants in town, thanks, in large part, to the patronage of the surrounding residents. Should you be looking for a location where your business can prosper now and in the foreseeable future without excessive competition, you will see the benefit of this location if you take note of where the City is expanding and the amount of heavy traffic on Highway 16 at this intersection. In the next month, we will be making a major expenditure for improvement to the intersection with long deceleration and turning lanes and with islands to separate right and left turn traffic (widening the highway by 12 ft. on both sides of the intersection for a distance of several hundred feet). If you are interested in pursuing this further and wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to give us a call real soon. Yours truly, Sa Louis J.
