The provisions of this Bylaw respecting age shall not apply to persons employed by the owner or operator of a discotheque, provided that no person under the age of 16 years miay be so employed. 46. For the purposes of this byiaw, businesses are classified in accordance with Schedule "A" to this bylaw. | SEVERABILITY. 47. If any provision of this bylaw is held to be invalid, the invalid portion shall be severed from - the bylaw and that invalidity shall not affect the remainder of the bylaw. SCHEDULES 48. Schedule "A" through "D" form part of this bylaw. OFFENCE 49. ‘Every person who violates any provision of this Bylaw commits an offence punishable on summary conviction and shall be liable to a fine of not more than $10,000.00. REPEALS 50. "City of Port Coquitiam Business Licence Bylaw, 1973, No. 1237" is repealed and replaced by this Bylaw. | St. Sections 409, 410 and 411 of "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No 1117" are repealed. - (52.
