The following fees shall be payable to the City with respect to the
moving or relocation of buildings or structures: hey:

8.1. For a building that is to be moved outside of the City a fee of
$50.00 shall be paid.

8.2. The following fee is calculated for a building, except a
factory built residential pbuilding, that is to be moved from
outeide the City into the City or from one Location to another
within the City;

8.2.1. At the time of application for a building moving
permit a fee calculated at the hourly rate of the
current C.U.P.E. contract, plue normal travelling
expenses for two persons, for ail travelling and
inspection time spent jn reaching and inspecting the
building at the site from which it is to be removed;

Upon acceptance by the Building Inspector to move the
building into the City a building permit fee is
calculated on the value of conatruction for
foundation, alterations or gimilar work related to
the relocation of the building as per Schedule K

permit fees.

For a factory built residential building ‘that complies with
Subsection 14.5 of this Bylaw a building permit fee is
calculated on the value of construction for foundation,
alterations or similar work related to ‘the relocation of the

pbuilding as per Schedule K permit fees.

Where, due to noncompliance with the provisions of this bylaw more
than two inspections are necessary when one inspection is normally
required, for each inspection after the second inspection, an
inspection charge of $50.00 (plus ¢.§.T.) is payable in advance of

the inspection.
