1. Storm sewer to be installed on Manning from Vincent to the west
property line of the site complete with service connections.

New 19mm dia water service connections will be required for each lot.

Sanitary sewer connection will be required for the newly created lot.

Development cost charges for one lot are applicable.

1. ‘The existing building on the lot will be removed.
