As discussed at our meeting last week, we are writing to request
confirmation that the city will reimburse the developer for the
cost of the pressure reducing valve station to be installed as
part of the water supply system with this project. our estimate
for the pressure reducing valve installation is as follows:

Supply and installation $50,000.00
20% Contingency 20,000.00

Total Construction $60,000.00
Engineering Fees
1. Geotechnical Investigation (letter attached $ 740.00

)
2. Engineering Design, Contract Management (10%) 6,000.00
3. City administration and Inspection Charge (4%) 2,400.00

Total $69,140.00
We suggest that this amount be allocated for budget purposes but
understand that all reimbursement will be based on actual costs
supported by documentation.
