ACCESSORY OFFICES

Accessory office usen permitted by aubsection (2)(0) shall not
occupy more than 50% of the groas flour area of a building.

HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS

The height of any principal building shall not exceed 12 m (39.4
ft.). Accessory buildings shall not exceed 6 m (19.7 ft.) in height.

LOT COVERAGE

Ali buildings and structures together shall occupy not more than 50%
of the surface of tha lot.

FRONT YARD

A front yard of not less than 6 m (19.7 ft.) shall be provided,
except where it abuts a provincial highway, tha front yard shall be
not less than 9 m (29.5 ft.).
