Booth, 1738 Patricia Avenue, Port Coquitlam, member of the New View Society spoke in favor of the rezoning as it would provide a good, affordable apartment building. Mr. D. Graph, Member of New View Society, spoke in favor of the proposed rezoning as it would provide many New View Members the opportunity to be self sufficient. Mr. S. Good, 3643 McRae Crescent, Port Coquitlam, a member of the New View Society would like to live independently and so supports the proposed rezoning to accommodate affordable apartment living. Bylaw No. 2453 ~ to rezone: Lots 2, 3, and 4, District Lot 232; Group One; Plan 6358; New Westminster District; SAVE AND &XCEPT those portions included in Statutory Right-of-way Plan No. 68301 or lying south of Statutory Right-of~-Way Plan No. 68301 from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment). The property is located at 1826, 1846, and 1848 Harbour Street and would permit the construction of a 22 unit townhouse complex on the property. Mr. W. Alward, 1845 Harbour Street, spoke in favor of the proposed rezoning and would like to thank the City Planner and Architect for contacting the residents and trying to meet their concerns. Mrs. N.
