THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2451

A Bylaw to authorize the amendment of the
Agreement entered into pursuant toe Bylaw No. 2106

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
are hereby empowered to sign and enter into, on behalf of the City, that
certain Agreement between the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
and International Paper Industries Ltd. amending the Agreement between the
Parties dated July 2, 1985 upon the terms and conditions set forth in the
said Agreement annexed hereto and marked "Schedule A” to this Hylaw.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Newspaper Recycling
Agreement Bylaw, 1985, No. 2106, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2451”.
