This is to advise that the Council for the District of North
Vancouver considered the above subject at its May 8 meeting at which
time the following resolution was passed:

"THAT the Provincial Government be requested to designate all
Open waters known as “Indian Arm" as areas stipulated in the
Federal Act where all pleasure craft are subject to the rules
and regulations under the proposed Pleasure Craft Sewage
Pollution Prevention Regulations:
