; Recommendations:

1. That additional crosswalks be established at the
following locations:

@e On Coast Meridian Road south of Laurter AVenué. | |
be On Knappen Street south of Pooley Avenue.
Ce On Pooley Avenue west of Taylor Street. 2

2e That the City Clerk be instructed to take the

necessary steps to amend the Tratfic Bylaw to reflect

Council's decision on the addition of these
\ crosswalks.

3. That the estimated cost of $560 for the painting of : oy ae:

. Public Works Capital Budget and added to Maintenance | 8
Budget Account No. 22362.

Requests for the establishment of these additional
oe : crosswalks were received as evidenced by the attached letters.
ere The Public Works Committee considered these requests and felt
yg 7 that they are justified itn view of the existing field
conditions. The recommendations are therefore forwarded to

Council for approval.
