That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development variance
permit to Lot 4, D.L. 231, Section 19, Township 1, Block 6, N Range |
east Group 1, NWLD Plan No. 74069 relaxing requirements of the Zoning
Bylaw 2240 Section, 1001, Subsection (4), Clause (g)(i) which requires
that all loading and truck parking areas be screened from view from the
abutting street.

That the Planning Department be authorized to work with the District
of Coquitiam Planning Department to prepare terms of reference for a
request for services to prepare a marketing plan and advertising.

Adjacent to 2606 Kingsway Avenue.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. All that portion of Parcel 4, District Lot 379, Group One, New
Westminster District, Reference Plan 67606 included in Lot A as
shown on a Subdivision Plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British
Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 30th day of April 1987 be sold
to Port Coquittam Grace Gospel Tabernacle Society, 2606 Kingsway
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. if terms satisfactory to Council can he
agreed upon and no preferable alternative proposal was received from
any other person;

Ze The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council! meeting;

3. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
