2351, New Westminster District prepared by Walter E. Frith, British
Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 8th dav of April, 1987 wherein Lot
HAN is created with an area of 735.2m¢ be and the same is hereby

approved;

. AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said plan and such other documents as may be required to register the
said plan in the New Westminster Land Title Office and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto,

to be held on April 17th, 1987 from 9:00 a.em. to 12:00 noon at the
Sandwich Tyme Restaurant with a request for roadside barriers on The
Shaughnessy Straet sidewalk from Elgin Avenue to the Bus Stop on
Shaughnessy at McAllister Avenue.
