Re: School District #43 ~ Joint Family Division Committee

tue Family Division Committee Meeting held February 15, 1979 the
following items were recommended for consideration by the three Municipal
Councils of School District #43:

1. Appointment of Chairman and Deputy Chairman. The following .
have been selected by the Committee and appointment is
Yecommended:

Chairman - Mrs. Sheila Francis ~ City of Port Moody
Vice~Chairman - Doreen Kenmuir - District of Coquitlam

Budget:

a) The Joint Family Division Committee requests con-
sideration by each member of Municipal Council ofa
total budget of $800.00 for 1979 based on the Simon
Praser Cost Sharing Formula.

b) That the Committee recommend it be allowed to expend
up to an amount of $200.00 per time without prior
Municipal Council approval within the projected budget.

Annual Report - 1978. ‘The enclosed Annual Report as sukrc.itted
to the Attomey General in accOrdance with the provisions of
Section 18 (5) of the Provincial Court Act is attached fox your
Council's information.

Would you kindly submit the Committee's recommendations for consideration
to your Council at your earliest convenience.
