and surrounding grounds,

In recent years it has becone too sul] for the larger
events, and other organizations and churches now have their
own halls, Thus, its usage has declined, Unfortunately, with
this trend the building has been allowed to deteriorate to
the point where it has become a civie eyesore, Wita this

The Case for Restoration

In discussing the present condition of the hall with

various grouns and individuals, the following opinions
