Prior to passage of the above resolution the City Engineer was

asked to explain on what basis a particular local improvement project is

recommended and Mr. Borch advised that it was on a basis of chronology

with consideration being given to the critical nature of the project.
Mr. Borch explained that if approval were granted at this time, there
would be a possibility of completing at least one of the projects this
year.
