we have today forwarded to The Honourable Ray Williston, Minister of
Lands, Forests and Vater Resources, and wherein you will note that my
Council is requesting that a Public Hearing be held under the
‘provisions of the Environment and Land Use Act to determine whether or
not the land use as envisaged by the B.C. Hydro. and Power Authority is
in fact ecologically unacceptable.

My Couneil would appreciate the endorsetion of your
Council of our request.
