voting blocks

“Regretfully there is
developing within the New
Democratic Party a system of
voting at our forthcoming
Convention that would involve
blocks or groupings of delegates
voting as blocks,’’ Skeena MP
Frank Howard warned in
Winnipeg last week.

to constitutionalize this system

five candidates for the federal

leadership of the NDP.

ultimate degree of free open
debate among members,
delegates, constituency
organizations and the like and
sometimes this has resulted in
groups being formed for the
purpose of trying lo get certain

should establish themselves as
permanent bodies,” Howard

Learn to accept yourself, both
your strength and limitations
and you can live with loneliness,
In conclusion, let‘ us be
realistic and face lonliness with
a determination to deal with it.
Jesus said, “Remember I will .
be with you ‘always to the end of
the age.”

of the Old Age Pensioners

and hit one driven by Lanny
