Highe said that the former coach, Sharon Lewis, had commitments which made it impossible to continue as coach, and that the club Is Baker wins it by one MARTINSVILLE, Ya. The maximum faily rate is $50 per month per family. Highe said that the rates have gone up this year from last because the club would like to meet Its operating coats in full, something they apparently haven't been doing in previous years. .
