That the traffic barrier at Kitchener and Woodland be removed and that
Patricia be made a one-way street westbound.

Aldermen Gordon and Keryluk
voted in favor of the resolution.

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That a traffic barrier be installed on Murchlie at Patricia and that the
resolution passed by Council on March 2nd, 1992 requiring removal of the
barrier at Woodland and Kitchener be rescinded.

Carried.

voted against the resolution.
