Freeman City Clerk SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 3/90 for 1856 Harbour Street, RESOLUTION: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of February 7th, 1990 the Voluntary Development. Variance Permit be issued for 1856 Harbour Street relaxing the side yard setback from 1.8 meters to 1.2 meters and permit the encroachment of sundecks into tke sideyard setback as shown on the plans attached to the report which will form part of the Permit. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of February 12th, 1990 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject property have “een advised that Council are considering issuance of this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of April 9th, 1990. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered by the Council and a decision reached 48 to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be issued, R.A.
