Council and Staff Expenses

RECOMMENDATION:

That the maximum allowable expenses for Council and Staff when they are away from the
City on City business be increased by $20 per day.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

The present City’s policy is to reimburse Council and staff for their out of pocket expenses
fo a maximum of $95 per day for Council and $50 per day for staff.

These rates were last changed in 1980.
