That the Alouette Soccer Club be allowed a one day beer garden on May
9th at Viscount Alexander School.

Carried.
Alderman Stewart returned to the Council Chamber at 9:04 p.m. and took
his seat at the table.

Industrial Park - Pitt River Dyke Property.

That the City Solicitor be requested to draft the easement agreement
as recommended in Mr. Grant Anderson's letter of April 24th, 1987;

AND THAT an appraisal of the value of such an easement be obtained.
