: A By-law to adopt the Annual Budget

for THe Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam for the current. year, 1972,

ae : ; WHEREAS Section 198 of the "Municipal Act", R.S.B.C., 1960, provides

- that the Annual Budget shall by By-law be adopted on or before the 15th day
oS : of May in each year;

AND. WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1972 is appended

hereto as Schedule "A" to this By-law;

NOW THEREFORE the

Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

“of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:.

1. Schedule "A"

to this By-law shall be the Annual Budget of The

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

_ Coquitlam Annual Budget. By-law, 1972, No. 1176".

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Rieet day of May,

Reconsidered, finally passer and adopted by the Municipal Council
