December 17, 1993 Jeff Yip, P.Eng. City of Port Coquitlam -7- 3.0 SCHEDULE It is anticipated the schedule for these services will be governed by the schedule for the Coquitlam River-Flood Control Works. At this time the final alignment of the Coquitlam River dyke is unknown and therefore it is not possible to commence this design. In addition, in order for the City to realise cost savings by combining the pump station with a floodbox structure to be constructed under the Coquitlam River Flood Control Program, the two designs must be dovetailed together. Therefore it is anticipated the schedule for these services will be adjusted as required to take into account these outside influences. For your information however we have prepared the attached Manpower Schedule which illustrates the resources we believe will be required for each task and the general sequence of the work. Based on this preliminary schedule it would appear approximately four months will be required for this design assignment.
