Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That Development Permit Application 66/93 to permit the relocation of a patio for the Cat and Fiddle Pub be denied. Carried. Moved by Councillor Wright: cond ouncillor zdon: That the Liquor Control and Licencing Branch be notified of this decision of Council and be recommended to consider cancelling the licence for the patio that currently exists at the Cat and Fiddle Pub, as a reduction of the seats of the pub may help relieve some of the problems created by the large size of the pub.
