That the report regarding the Proposed Patio Relocation - Cat and Fiddle Pub be referred to
Planning and Development Committee.

Defeated.
Councillor Talbot voted
in favour of the resolution.

That Development Permit Application 66/93 to permit the relocation of a patio for the Cat
and Fiddle Pub be denied.

Carried.

That the Liquor Control and Licencing Branch be notified of this decision of Council and

be recommended to consider cancelling the licence for the patio that currently exists at the Cat
and Fiddle Pub, as a reduction of the seats of the pub may help relieve some of the problems
created by the large size of the pub.
